The exam is a frightening thing, if you are frightened by big tests. It's part multiple choice, and part timed essays. I'm gonna tell you right now that the multiple choice is not as big a deal as the essays. You definitely should practice for the multiple choice questions, but you should practice essay writing more. The essays are more difficult than the multiple choice, mostly because guessing on a multiple choice question if you don't know the answer is easy. Guessing on an essay? Not easy. At all. Just make sure you study a lot leading up to exam, and you should be fine. The exam is sort of made out to be a big deal. They give you an AP booklet you have to fill out a bunch of information in, you get stickers with your code on them, the tests come in shrink wrapped so no one can see the questions ahead of time, blah blah. They make it seem more daunting than it really is. Try to think of it as a regular test, like you would take in any other class. Of course, that doesn't mean you should take it lightly. You have to study, or I will come and arrest you and send you to prison where you will spend the rest of your days eating prison food and talking to prison rats. You should also get plenty of sleep the night before the exam. I know you always hear this before tests, but trust me. You do NOT want to fall asleep in the middle of this test. You don't want that to happen. Make sure you eat breakfast too, because I have been told frequently that it increases your brain power. "Where is the PROOF of that!?" I say. "Here it is" they tell me. "There have been many, many studies on this, and eating food will help you focus and think.". "BALONEY!" I scream, throwing their papers full of statistics and lies to the floor. They cant fool me with their "science".
